I finally have a new blog post up! I actually wrot I finally have a new blog post up! I actually wrote this back in May after returning from a month in Costa Rica with my daughter and attending an amazing women’s retreat created by @emily_begins in Santa Teresa. It was so interesting to read my post from my current perspective in the jungle, and amazing to realize how much I manifested in just under six months. Talk about a transformation and major life shift! I’d love if you’d pop over and read my post! Let me know what you think! ✨More to come on my blog and lots of big things ahead! We did it! We liquidated all of our stuff and move We did it! We liquidated all of our stuff and moved to Costa Rica, where we received a warm welcome from our family and our soul family alike. I don’t know what tomorrow will hold but we are trying on this adventure and seeing what comes of it. We can always go back, but who knows what beautiful possibilities lie ahead? It’s time to find out! I’m having a lot of feelings now that it’s done. Trying to rush to liquidate an entire household with the exception of our 3 pieces of luggage and a backpack each, and a not full 5 by 10 storage unit in Santa Cruz. That was something else. The exit was bumpy, especially with one last unbelievable stunt from my landlords, but we are here!! Pura Vida 😘🪴✨

Today has been filled with big emotions as I unrav Today has been filled with big emotions as I unravel and release so many of our belongings and prepare to depart form the familiarity of our home and community. Going through my daughter’s belongings is perhaps one of the most difficult of those tasks-because I fear that I am forcing a release of what is familiar and safe for her-and as I watch her make amazing decisions and letting go of so much, with mixed emotions, I have to remind myself that it is not our objects that give us security but what we carry inside. Our resilience, our inner joy, the love of our family and friends…and I hope that I am giving her a gift in the practice of letting go and seeing what really matters outside our material things. And it is a practice for me as well, undoing the childhood programming of holding on to too many things. And although we have been cozy and comfortable surrounded by all these things, we are thankfully leaving a very toxic living environment for a magical place filled with so much possibility. Less than two weeks to land in our jungle home..✨Letting go, transforming and moving into our freedom life. ✨🪴#transformation #lettinggo #freedomlife #costarica
Ayla and I are taking a giant leap, liquidating ou Ayla and I are taking a giant leap, liquidating our belongings, and moving to Costa Rica! It’s a huge process and an emotional roller coaster to be releasing so much what is comfortable and familiar. We are standing on the edge. Here’s to getting to the other side and creating our best life together with beautiful people in the beautiful jungle. Hoping to fit some writing in on my blog, but for now, I’m focusing on deep breaths and clearing out what no longer serves us. #movingtocostarica #biggirlpants #freedomlifestyle #transformation
